Entrance Requirements for Instances

I decided to compile a list of the entrance requirements for instances since that question pops up in guild chat quite often. (This is a work in progress, I'll be adding other instances soon.)

Forsaken Abbey:

• Level requirement: 23+ for healers, 26+ for tanks

Necropolis of Mirrors:

• Level requirement: 35+ for healers, 39+ for tanks

Mystic Altar:

• Level requirement: 45+ for healers, 46+ for tanks

Cyclops Lair:

• Requires pre-quests starting in Sergarth Outpost, can be taken with lvl 47
  
• Level requirement: 50+
  
• Hitpoints: 8k for tanks, 6k for rest
  
• Tanks: Tier 6 weapon, ca. 1.5k physical attack
  
• Healers/Casters: Vahtos set

Kalin Shrine:

• Level requirement: 50+
  
• Hitpoints: 10k for tanks, 8k for rest
  
• Tanks: Tier 6 weapon, ca. 2k physical attack
  
• Healers/Casters: Vahtos set, lvl 50 staff Tier 5 or Tier 6

Heart of the Ocean:

• Level requirement: 52+, 55 for tanks
  
• Hitpoints: 14k for tanks, 10k for rest
  
• Tanks: Tier 7 weapon, ca. 2.5k physical attack
  
• Healers: 5k Group Heal
  
• Healers/Casters: Vahtos set, lvl 50 purple staff Tier 6

Instances for mage:

Cyclops Lair
Min: 6k HP, tier 5 level 48 purple staff or tier 5 level 50 blue staff, roughly 3k magic attack.
Comfortable: 8k HP, level 50 purple tier 6 staff, roughly 3.5k magic attack.
SOLOABLE: 15k HP, level 55 purple tier 7 staff, roughly 4.5k magic attack. (This is when I was able to solo it fully using my mage side. It can be done earlier if you swap to P/M and go slower.)

Kalins Shrine
Min: 7k HP, level 50 purple tier 6 staff, roughly 3.5k magic attack.
Comfortable: 10k HP, level 50 purple tier 6 staff, 4k magic attack.

Ice Dwarf Kingdom 50:
Min: 8k HP, level 50 tier 6 purple staff, 4k magic attack.
Comfortable: 12k HP, level 50 tier 7 purple staff, 4k magic attack.

Treasure Trove:
Min: 8k HP, level 50 tier 6 purple staff, 4k magic attack.
Comfortable: 12k HP, level 50 tier 7 or level 55 tier 6 purple staff, 4k magic attack.


Heart of the Ocean:
Min (to 3rd boss, Jiasha): 10k HP, level 50 tier 6 purple staff, 4k magic attack.
Min (Jiasha to 5th boss, Medusa): 12k HP, level 55 purple tier 6 staff, 4.5k magic attack.
Comfortable (to 3rd boss, Jiasha): 14k HP, level 55 purple tier 7 staff, 5k magic attack.
Comfortable (to 5th boss, Medusa): 16-20k HP, level 55 tier 8 purple staff, 6-7k magic attack.

I just want to add the fact that some of the instances requires that you have done pre-quests before you are allowed to enter, like Ice dwarf kingdom and Cyclops lair.
